  • What is Permanent Jewelry?

    Permanent jewerly is custom-fit chain that's welded directly onto you - no clasp, no fuss. Unless, we're still working on our committment issues - than you're more than welcome to purchase a clasp. It's a symbol of connection, intention, or simply your style. Designed to be worn daily, effortlessly.

  • How long does it last?

    Your chain is designed to last as long as you want it to. With proper care, gold-filled and sterling silver can stay beautiful for years. Think of it as semi-permanent - you can always snip it off it you need to.

  • What if I need to remove it?

    Life happens - medical procedures, travel, or just a vibe shift. Simply snip it off at the jump ring with scissors. We’re happy to re-weld it later (we offer reattachment appointments).

  • Does it hurt?

    Not at all. The welding process is quick and painless. We place a protective patch between your skin and the chain -nothing ever touches your skin but the jewelry.

  • Can I wear it through TSA?

    Yes, it’s TSA-friendly. Your jewelry won’t set off alarms, so you can fly with it stress-free.

  • What metals do you use?

    We offer high-quality gold-filled, sterling silver, stainless steel, and select 14k solid gold options.

  • What if it breaks?

    Our welds are strong, but chains are delicate. If your WISAL chain breaks we will repair it at no cost. A re-weld fee will apply for foreign chain that was not sold by us.

  • Can I bring a friend or book a party?

    Absolutely. We offer private appointments, pop-up events, and group bookings. Whether it’s a birthday, bachelorette, or just a girls’ night in - we’ll bring WISAL to you - or we can host you after hours in the store.

  • Can I get it wet?
